Blade I can see as a bit of a rogue cop, but not in the bad way. He often bends the rules and goes against protocol when he sees it being best in the long run. If a bank is being held up by ruthless killers than he will be more likely to go in and take them down rather than standing by for the order. Likewise if a guy who is panicked is holding a kid hostage he wont go to the option of killing them if he can talk them down instead. He's also good with close quarters and martial arts so he can scrap with the best of them and he is open minded about gangs since he knows what the Rainbooms have done. He prefers weighing his options rather than going strictly by the book so he would have no problem working closer wit the Rainbooms than other officers.
