Dying. Funny thing, that. It never happens how you expect it.

    The Quest Next Chapter

Guys, I've written myself into a corner today, but I've made great progress. Once I know how our heroes get out of this predicament, the chapter will be nearly ready. Oh yeah, surprise! I'm not dead! :twilightsheepish:

    9/11 Rememberance

The following passage is the first-hand account of the events that took place immediately after the 11th of September, 2001 written by a Navy Hospital Corpsman, specialized as a Psychiatric Technician:

Friday [14 September] turned out to be a tough day. We all got to NNMC
[National Naval Medical Center at Bethesda, Maryland] early in the morning

    Additions to Dog Days

Hey guys, I'm posting this, because I just added a scene to the latest chapter of The Quest. I didn't have a full chapter for you, but I did decide I left that one unfinished. I unpublished and republished the chapter after I made the additions, but I have no idea if that hit anyone's feed. Nevertheless, I'm working on the next chapter right now, and I'm hoping this extra scene will get you back

    Vacation

Hey, guys. I just wanted to give you all an update. I'm still working on Fallen Angel and editing two other stories right now, but my progress has been slowed by my internet acting up recently. I can't effectively write on my phone. (Trust me, I've tried.) Now my internet is back, but I took leave around my birthday/mother's death day to get away and relax a little. I went to see my dad.

Fallen Angel WIP (sorry for the delay...)

Hey guys, so life has really been kicking me in the ass lately, but I promise you I'm still working on the Painkiller Series. In fact, I just wrote some on Sunday, and I'm working on it again today between tasks at work. I write best at my desk at work for some reason. I haven't the faintest clue why. :derpyderp2:

Well, I lost my appendix... · 9:03pm Nov 23rd, 2015

If you see one lying around somewhere, I'd appreciate if you'd return it. :rainbowlaugh: Kidding, but I really did get an appendectomy on the 8th. I've been scarce due to pain and sleeping said pain off while I recovered. I'm not completely healed up, but it's been two weeks. I'm back to work, so there's not really much of an excuse not to be on here. :twilightsheepish: It's about time for me to put out a new chapter of The Quest, anyway. :yay:

So... What did I miss? What are your Thanksgiving plans? Talk to me, you sexy followers, you. My antidepressants are working amazingly now, and I'd like to be more sociable. :moustache:

Happy appendectomy-recovery-something-thingy! I think?

But seriously, good to hear you're on the mend.

Wish my meds would work been on mine for 2 months and nothing has happened that is good, i've only got work.

I'm Canadian, Thanks giving was on October 8th for me.

3564255 Well, what did you do?

3564251 It sounds like you might need to talk to your psychiatrist about making a change to your meds. I was on Celexa before I was on Efexor, and it didn't do anything for me.

3564248 Lol. Thanks. On the mend, and I've even already picked out the tattoo I want to cover up the scar. Lol.

3564261 dinner with my family, good food and good people.

Now how will you be able to breathe in space?

3564320 Lol. What? :rainbowlaugh: I'd say I couldn't breathe in space in the first place, but the fact of the matter is I've never tried it. Maybe I could. :pinkiecrazy:

3564595 Thanks. I don't believe we've spoken before. :rainbowhuh:... Well, hello! :rainbowkiss: I'm Bassie, but then you knew that already. The question is, who are you? You know, besides just your username. :derpytongue2:

Glad to hear your feeling better Bassie! Coming from someone who is really sad a lot of the time, that warms my heart right up.

Since I don't live in America, I don't celebrate Thanksgiving. Instead, we hunt down a few native animals and grill them up on the barbecue. (Just kidding. I don't particularly like the taste of Kangaroo.)

Anyway, Christmas is less than a month away so I'm both really excited and depressed at the same time. Not really sure how to explain why, well its mostly because of how awful my last Christmas was. I've got high hopes for this one!

I hope you have a happy holiday and make a speedy recovery. :pinkiehappy:

3565212 :fluttercry: Don't do that. I like your insides smeared all over my wall!

3565620 Thanks so much, A. It's nice to hear from you, and I hope your Christmas is splendid.

I didn't know you lived in Australia! :pinkiegasp:

3566322 Nice. My dad and stepmom will be here later tonight, and they're going to hang out at my place tomorrow while I work. After that, we're going up to Richmond where my stepmom's family lives, spending the next two nights there, Black Friday shopping (unfortunately) and coming back to my place later that night. There they'll stay all weekend with me! :rainbowkiss:

3572741 Whoa! :rainbowderp: That was a much longer explanation of who you are than I anticipated. I'm sorry it took so long to respond. :twilightsheepish: I visited some family for the Thanksgiving weekend. I'm only 21, and I watched the first MLP on VHS. :rainbowlaugh: I had tv growing up, but I always did more reading and research. As much as I'm similar to Rainbow Dash, I have way too many things in common to Twilight. :rainbowderp: What kind of stories do you write? Which of mine got you interested enough to begin following me?
