NaNo Week Three Progress

'Day twenty-two on the trail of the elusive November Novel. There aren't many of us left. Many have been drawn away by the haunting siren song of Fallout 4, or else have abandoned the trail as a fool's errand by now. They're probably the smart ones. Those of us that remain don't have much further to go though - we're on the home stretch. One more week and we'll finally reach the end of the road. Wherever that takes us.'

Well, there's one week left to go and I'm actually on target - 35.5k out of 50k. Once I've finished today's writing, I'll be back on track for a finish on the 30th of November. Yay! A finish for the wordcount, anyway. I'm getting the impression that the story itself is going to carry on for a bit longer, thanks to Sunset Shimmer's insatiable appetite for internal monologue my getting carried away with the narrative. That said, I'll probably cut down a lot of the padding in editing, so hopefully we'll end up with something in the range of 50-60k words. I'll talk about the plan of action for editing/publishing next week, once I've figured out where we're at.

I've been trying to thank everyone as I go, but just to reiterate, I really appreciate all the support thus far. You guys are awesome
