Oneshot idea

What do you think of a stand-alown fic feturing me (Scarlet) and Scarlet Lightning explaning anchent Griffon and Pegusus technology, with a focus on weapons? I want to get an idea of how popular the concept is befor I start writing.

You know it's spelled "featuring" and "ancient" and "Pegasus" and "before," right?

What I think of the idea depends on what you plan to do with it. A bland description of how the two species developed and created different technologies, and how the domestic political climate of these two unrelated nations favored the development of minute difference in the techniques which allowed griffins to claim a 3% advantage over pegasi in their agricultural output which created an oh sweet Celestia I'm boring myself to death just typing this? No thanks.

On the other hoof, a conflict-filled recounting of how two warring tribes developed new techniques to dominate the other, and in turn countered their opponent's efforts to dominate them while using spies, sabotage, and every other under-clawed tactic they could think of to claim the upper hoof, and the ways mutual history of warfare and bloodshed shaped their societies to this day? Instant favorite!
