Attacks on Paris: How You Can Help

Howdy, y'all.

I'm sure I don't need to tell most of you about the terrorist attacks happening in Paris right now. If you haven't heard about them yet, you can read up on what's happening over here. I don't have any profound insight or deep thoughts on these horrific events. Mostly I just feel empty inside right now. It's still hard for me to comprehend that it's even happening, and I can't even begin to understand why anyone would do this. I don't feel sad or angry or scared or anything. I think I'm just in shock.

I don't think there's anything we can do to directly help the Parisians right now, but I implore all of you to consider going over here and donating to the IFRC—the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. The relief efforts of these societies are extremely vital in times of crisis, and situations like this one are where they need more help and support than ever. Don't donate if you don't have the money to spare, but any small amount will help.
