For the record, while Entropy's domain of Oblivion is lousy, a dead timeline where law of narrative inertia is the only law of reality LEFT are much MUCH WORSE, and generally WHY Entropy annexing ("eating"), dead timeline and making them part of her universe is generally considered an ACT OF MERCY by her.
Also for the record Limbo is the white in-between place we've seen more than once in the series, it is normally the domain between life and death, but can function as an in-between realm in other ways (as Golden Tiara saw when she came to the choice between her lives as Screwball and Spoiled Rich).
Oblivion is the proper name for Entropy's universe (of course, everything you SEE, breath, touch, etc, in Entropy's domain IS HER, she is literally everywhere and everything).

I suppose because it's possible if not very likely for someone in Entropy's realm to get a new life, while in those 'dead' timelines everyone is basically a frozen statue forever?
