Fermentation, or Me trying to do something emotive · 9:12pm Nov 7th, 2015
So my new story is in the approval queue, and will soon be released on an unsuspecting world.
This time I tried something a bit different, focusing more on feelings and relationships than on adventure or weird ideas. The first draft was bit of a disaster, it was... cold.
I'm quite aware that nailing intimate tales is difficult, you can't resort to fascinate readers with visions of wonder or intrigue, so it was a bit outside of my comfort zone. Yet, thanks to a few wonderful editors (Meridian Prime, Slade Sadpony and Cerulean Starlight, awesome guys) it has become something decent.
I learned a lot writing and revising it: moments of silence can be almost as important as dialogue, small gestures are vital to nail the atmosphere and there should always being someone moving or doing stuff. While theoretically this things are obvious, I'm a bit slow, so it takes a while for me to internalize this lessons
So, long story short, it takes a lot of time for me to write something, but at the end I deliver. I'm satisfied with the result, and I hope you'll enjoy it too.
whoo! :D

And I failed the first round of moderation with an excessively vague short description. Ah well, the objection they moved to me made sense, let's hope I fixed the mistake.
