Oh sorrow! Oh grief! Oh the calamity! My newest story, Letter from Hell, a tale of most excellent horror inspired by the great works of H.P. Lovecraft which was posted in the waning hours of All Hallows Eve, has received no comments and A DISLIKE! I do believe I require a fainting couch...
Oh woe is me! Oh what misery! Who could possibly dislike a tale of a pony on the brink of madness, a survivor of horrors most foul and calamities most tragic? Who could dislike a chilling tale of a lost and forgotten manor within the forbidden Everfree Forest, infested with creatures from beyond the Void? Oh most cruel fate! Leave me to my wallowing!
Replace the word "dresses" with "stories" and this is spot on.
In case you haven't caught on, this was an elaborate and frankly pathetic attempt to advertise my newest story, which regrettably has gotten no comments as of now. Although it has gotten a fair number of views and so far only one dislike, so I really can't complain too much. Really, I just like comments. I like critiques, thoughts, opinions; anything to get a conversation going and possibly help me as a writer. I don't hate anyone who dislikes or doesn't care for my story, but I would very much like to hear what they have to say so that I can work on making myself better. Plus, a few compliments here and there never hurt. Gotta keep my ego going! But anyway, thanks to everyone who has read, favorited, or put it in the "read later" list. God knows I've done that with a fair share of good-looking stories. Love you guys and I look forward to writing more for you all!
