A new chapter of TwiGuard is ready and primed for your complaints!
This week: Twilight and Cadance are sent by Celestia to reopen the old abandoned Camp Crystal Empire summer camp. But all the sexy teens they brought along as camp counselors are being murdered mid-coitus! No one will be making any love if Sombra Vorhees and his momma's pink sweater have anything to say about it!
Now for the news! First up, we've got a new fanart submission from Spirit_the_green_pegasus who wrote a song for Basenji!
Next, a bit of news about Halloween, segueing into TwiGuard news. I had been wondering if i wanted to do another round of stories this year, or a big oneshot. In the end I decided to skip it entirely and focus on more TwiGuard, because we're actually nearing the end of Rising. After today's chapter, there's maybe two or three more, and my current projections have me finishing this arc of the story by Christmas.
After this I will be taking a small break from TwiGuard to write something else, probably a miniseries. I'm currently thinking about a supernatural thriller starring Sunset Shimmer. This will probably eat up about two or three months, and then I will return to TwiGuard and push through until the end.
Anyway, that's the news as it stands.

Looking forward to more. MORE I SAY! I really enjoy the interaction with Twi and Cadence in this story. I half expected her to fall asleep on Cadences shoulder halfway through the evening.
Well, I suppose it makes sense that the story is coming to an end, considering we just got a big reveal. The next book might well be following where all this goes and tracking the monster... So many questions to be answered! I'm kind of reluctant for those answers, though, because that means the end is approaching--that and the expectation is so sweet! I love this tale!
