How NOT to shop for birthday presents... · 7:32pm Oct 28th, 2015
So, my mother's birthday is coming up, and I figured, "Hey, Barnes & Noble just sent me some holiday coupons, plus I've still got a few bucks left on a gift card, what the heck-- I'll get my mom some books!"
I found a nice card and a couple of books for my mom, including Murder on the Orient Express by the Queen of Mystery herself, Agatha Christie, but...
I don't know if it's because I'm such an avid reader, or maybe I'm just not used to "window shopping", but I somehow ended up also buying The Art of War, the original Star Wars trilogy in book form, a bookmark of the TARDIS exploding, and I was this close to picking up the complete works of Edgar Allen Poe.
Long story short, I think I might have a reading problem.
