I've never seen a place that's quite like this. Everything is turned around; this crazy world is upside down.

Sequel to "Her Scarf Fluttered" well on its way! · 10:36pm Oct 27th, 2015

Howdy, y'all.

Some of you may remember a little story I posted a while back called Her Scarf Fluttered in the Absence of Wind—a little story about Cadance and a dragon. It was received pretty positively all around, and a lot of people were requesting a sequel of some kind. I even went out of my way in the story comments to hint at a possible sequel on its way.

This is my official announcement that I haven't forgotten about it. Not at all. I've just been taking way too much time on it, since I don't want to disappoint anyone. It's also shaping up to be a bit of a longer piece, which I hope you guys won't mind.

Anyway, the story is officially out of the planning stages and into the writing stages! Planning is always the hardest part for me, so hopefully the writing won't take nearly as long. I'm so excited about this story, though, that I couldn't help but share a little bit with y'all. So here's a sneak peek at the story page of the next segment in the Flightless Fury saga, As She Grew.

Title and description are susceptible to change.

That's really about all I can share at the moment, but I hope some of you are as excited as I am! This is actually a big step towards another future project of mine, but that's a whole nother discussion altogether. For now, I can't really say when this one will be done, but I don't think it'll be too long (of course I always say that, but what can ya do). And if anyone's interested in prereading or editing the story once it's ready, lemme know! I may end up contacting you down the line for some help on that front. It won't be a great, hundreds-of-thousands words-long epic or anything, but it won't be as short as my typical stories either. Just keep that in mind if you'd like to help out.

Just a short update, so that's it for now! Thanks for reading, y'all.

Keep on keeping on,
—Arg

Just kidding of course. Take all the time you need, I'm sure it will be a gem.

Heh, that cover may change as well! I am quite fond of that picture, though. And apparently I'm not the only one!

This is excellent news.
