Information Regarding Equestrian Saga Online

Hello everyone,

Due to a certain moderator having a superiority complex, and knowing not how to actually do his job properly, I was forced to post this in a blog post, instead of as a Preface on the actual story, where it belongs. Without further ado, here is what I wanted to say before you started reading, in the original format(as though it was a chapter prior to the first).

Welcome to my new story, Equestrian Saga Online!

I have attempted to make several stories that have led to a trainwreck, from cancellations to extensive hiatuses(which will possibly end in cancellations), but I’m hoping this one will be a different story.

Before we begin, it’s important to once more note that I do not own the rights to Sword Art Online nor My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, they belong to their respective owners. The only property considered to be mine are the original characters and the original ideas of the story, alongside the story itself. This is a crossover between the concept of Sword Art Online, within the universal principles of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic.

Now to address some things I feel should be brought up before you start reading:
-The fact that the initials of the title end up being “ESO” is completely coincidental, and in no way was purposely created to reflect “Elder Scrolls Online”, in any capacity.
-Equestria Legends Online, though a good story that generated my interest in creating a story of this variety, is not being intentionally referenced at all within this story. Coincidences are likely, given the similar nature of our respective stories, but no intentional copying/parodying was attempted.
-Raven Star is an OC of mine currently being worked on, and isn’t meant to reflect anyone else’s OC, and no other character(s) personality other than mine.
-While names of similarity to MLP and/or SAO are present, alongside OC names, the nature of the OCs, their stories, alongside other things, are of my own creation, and similarities in that respect are of coincidental nature alone.

Regarding release schedule, it isn’t definite, due to academics and the ever-present possibility of Writer’s Block, so it could be a week from the next chapter, or a few weeks, dependant upon circumstances. I will attempt to keep you all in the loop through my blog though, so more-than-likely I won’t up and die on you guys.

One last thing to note, I’m aware of the lack of a picture, and that’s due to my inability to create an image, and inability to find anyone willing to make a story logo. If you’d be willing to do it, please message me. While I can’t pay you or anything of that sort, I can credit you for doing so.
