I question what would happen if I tried creating an OC displaced or humans transported with certain abilities. So I gave it a shot and clicked on barumyay.com in tumbr to find a random clicks for super powers. The only thing missing is plot. Which I can make one on the spot, yet I feel better with someone experience on advisement. Anyway I click on it until I found nine useful powers or powers that won't clash with each other.
The Displacer I can ask one of the admin in Displaced group to do it, use Harmony from Scales of Harmony or create a alternate version of her doing it, or make my own fresh Displacer. Though the last two and the story I need approval. I used alot of random generators so any opinions.

Okay I guess I will PM when I'm ready (Which will be two days from now.). I'm going to have this feeling I should start three of them as human with Loki doing his thing, then go with the Vilgilante path. Especially the other two will most likely arrive in different time periods.
