[Very Important Update]: I'm Going on a Long Haitus · 11:46pm Oct 18th, 2015
Well . . . I don't know what to say about this guys and gals. I love you, but I've decided to take the advice I've been given and go on a long break. Why and how long you say? Read on.
As you know, I've been struggling a lot with depression. A lot. It's been tough for me to write and even tougher for me to engage with the RL. I've become increasingly listless and uninterested in life in general. That's been rather dangerous for my health.
Soooo, I've decided to stop writing. Though it's fun, it's allowing me to hide in my room and not get out and actually live. If I do write, it will be for my personal novel or a few collab works I'm involved in. Other than that, you won't here from me for quite some time. It's not that I hate it or that I don't like the fandom anymore, I just need to take some time for myself.
These are the only stories I will be working on . . .
1. My collab novel with Miranda Laufeyson; Words Can Weigh a Sun
2. A collab Halloween short with Grave Lord Nito
3. My Trenderdash short (working with Azu to make it happen)
Until further notice, ALL my others stories are on hiatus. That includes Slow Fade and Rewrite. How long until I start writing some more? Difficult to say. Until I'm feeling in control of my life again. With school being really hard this semester and other stuff, I don't imagine it'll be any earlier than January, perhaps longer.
Again, I'm still here browsing the site and commenting. Just taking a step back and getting my priorities in line again.
In case you're worried, I'm not suicidal or anything crazy like that. I've been depressed, but right now I'm actually in a pretty good mood as I just found out I'll have a pony to ride again. YESSSSS! 
The wonderful woman who owns the pony I used to ride in 4-H and worked with for years offered to trailer her the entire 2 and a 1/2 hour journey to my town so that I can board her here for the next 2-3 years while I'm in grad school. I haven't been this happy in months. This is . . . PHENOMENAL.
Probably going to look like this the whole first week she's here.
The pony's actually closer to this color though.
Anywho, I've got a whole bunch of planning to do if I want her here in November as I've been planning. [squees loudly] My baby's coming here! Oh my stars. I'm like a little kid in a candy shop looking for board barns and equipment for her.
So, rest assured I'll be getting not only human therapy, but horse therapy too.

Don't worry, Bluegrass, I'm sure all your fans understand, as I do. Lots of people go through depression, such as myself, so we will be ready for you when you return! We aren't going anywhere, this is the internet.
I'm glad about your new pony, any source of happiness in tough times can make it a little easier to deal with, and every little bit helps.
Looking forward to finishing our co-write, and I wish you luck over the next few months. I'll keep talking to you often, because you are an awesome person to talk to, and I'm sure it will do us both some good.

That's a wonderful thing to hear. All of it. That you are taking advice and time for yourself.
Also, that's a whole other level of amazing that you are getting a horse, excuse me, pony.
The stories I've been are complete, so I won't be left hanging. ;) Enjoy riding the pony!
You gotta keep your priorities in order. There are different times of life where different things help or hurt. And besides, if you're working on more than 3 writing projects... in addition to the rest of life in general... that's a lot, at least in my book.
I hope your time away is fruitful. Though you totally missed the opportunity to jokingly refer to your impending equine companion as "My Little Pony".
Noooo! It's the end of the world! My life is over! I want to throw myself into a tub of cotton candy.
Okay now it's time to put away the theatrics, lock them in a chest, put it in a safe and leave it at the bottom of the ocean. I'm failing miserably at this, aren't I?
Okay, okay I think I can live. I'm tracking a total of 61 (Damn small I know, I need to find more stories.) stories, 4 of which are yours. The others can tide me over until you're ready to write again, however long it takes.
Look after yourself, and we'll all still be here when you return.
Great to hear about the pony, and its good to know you're actively managing your mental state, that's a really impressive feat.
