So there's this program that's a part of Everfree Radio called Reading Rainboom that does readings of fanfiction with their own group of voice actors and actresses.
I know this because I was contacted by one of the coordinators for the show just last night and asked if I'd give my permission for A Simpler Time to be read on their show.
Yes, you read that right. A Simpler Time is going to be read on Everfree Radio with voice acting. Please refer to the title of this blog entry if you're wondering what my reaction to this was and still is.
The reading will be part of their show on Tuesday, August 21st at 6:00 PM CDT, and it will be available on YouTube afterwards so if you miss the live show you can catch it there later.
Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go run around in circles some more giggling madly at this development. Incidentally, remember back when I said I was thinking about doing something special for when the story hit a thousand thumbs up? Well I had thought to do a reading of it myself to throw up on YouTube. Somehow that just wouldn't compare now, hehehe.
Okay, now off to cavort gleefully! Wheeee~
