That's chibi.
Basically, you take a standard chibi pony base, recolor it, and add your mane and tail to it.

3468757 That's true. And it's really good But my iPad doesn't do that. (I just haven't been "app searching".) really, I'm just sitting there in class with my digital notes. I drew it on an app called Notability. I just used the highlighters and pens the app comes with lol

3468765 All I use is paint and PowerPoint.
I use paint to recolor things, and I use PowerPoint to put the different layers together.

3468771 I used to do something similar to that to make animations, but I just drew it all in PowerPoint (technically speaking, Keynote. I used a Mac. Same thing though. Just shinier )
