So, yea. As said previously, I want to get back to writing again, but I'm out of fresh ideas of WHAT to do for a general idea for a story - I could always try my hand again with a HiE, but I rather would want to try something different now. I'd also do maybe perhaps the classic scenario of a changeling in Ponyville, but I feel it's maybe perhaps a bit tad overdone, with some really good stories of it too, so I feel like I might get flamed for doing ANOTHER changeling story, and the fact that it may receive not many views due to the fact that there's already so many good ones.
I considered doing a sad story, but I just can't write one - I already have it all planned out on what to write, but I just don't have the right style for a sad, grim story like I had planned.
As for that, the only idea I do have so far is perhaps one where Fluttershy gets sucked down to Earth, and tries to find her way home with the help of one lucky Brony, but that's more of an possibility than a set in stone idea. So..... If any of you still care enough to wanna see me write - Any good ideas on what I could write? Nothing too dark - It seems I'm best suited for writing happier types of stories, or maybe (Dunno if you guys agree : P) romance stories.

Well, I was going to try and wait to ask others about this until I was done with Horrible Swapping... but seeing as how you asked:
I have a collaboration peace that I was thinging of doing. It would be something of an epic.
I can simplify topic/genre/theme into one word, and do to there being so may who might still the idea... I have another, just as effective, but more open to interpretation word to use

I was going for a one-shot... some said it might need another chapter and my juices flowed. I had it so out of the specks of what I was looking for - a romance with two unlikely characters, done in an unlikely way - only to end up with a sci- fi, fantasy, romance. I have the story under "Completed", but I'm wanting to go on in anther title do the the drastic changes. lol

Oh, and if you do read it... Chapter three is a duzzy, making most of the changes, having lots of sci - fi elements (in a fantasy world), and something of a new couple.

Well, to be honest, I'm not really in for a collab fic - I'm one of the types who likes to control everything, so I A. Don't trust myself with those, but also B. Collab fics rarely ever pan out, due to people with different schedules, the different writing styles interfering ,etc.
Also, I'm not sure I want to do something pure Romance - I'd have to work on my skills in that area of writing first, I think.

My point is, I was trying to do a pure romance. But it turned into a Normal Shipping with the addition of chapter two. In chapter two, I add in humor this time... I don't know how to explain chapter one, it's more of one's love over another than some funny antics getting in love. I carry that humor into chapter three, and use one of my favor sci-fi character setup to make two, or is it three... two characters pop into the story. I even make a pretty direct reference to it too. Chapter three is darker... but lighter at the same time. One hell of a cliff hanger.
If anything, I can make something out of nothing. Chapter three shows this to be so.
