What follows will be a series of Binary Choices and references. Choose wisely.

Binary Choice
You are you. Who else would you be?
You awaken in your seat on the train. Not unusual, as you were on the train when you fell asleep. The book you were reading falls out of your lap and hits the floor with a thump. You bend down to retrieve it. Funny, how could you have fallen asleep while reading The Exorcist is certainly one of life's mysteries. Or maybe you just like the movie better.
The train slows and soon comes to a stop, that classic whoosh sounding. You put away your book and stand, making your way to the exit along with the rest of your fellow passengers.
You step off the train and onto the platform, smiling at the clouds of steam around you. It's kind of silly, but if makes you feel like you're in an old detective story.
You are about to head out of the station when something on the ground sparkles at you. Looking closer, you see an old silver token lying on the platform.

Max Payne 2 is one of my all-time favorites. I have it both for the PC and PS2. Still.

Third game was fun to play, but the story just wasn't as good. I just consider it like a book Max wrote for funsies or something.
