Curious to what's going on? Well here's a little summary:
My name is Dr Alex Jensen, on February 13th 2011, I was recruited by an independent bioengineering pharmaceutical company named A.E.G.I.S. My purpose? To be a part of a top secret project code named Pandora, led by world renowned microbiologist Dr. Ian McConnell. It was the development of an artificial gene with the promise of a universal cure for every ailment, every sickness and every terminal illness that plagued the world of man and ponykind.
With the sanction of the United States Government and the Royal House of Equestria, A.E.G.I.S established a top secret facility deep in the Everfree Forest, a vast distance away from any major human and pony populations. The first months were promising and through the hard work, dedication and talents of its people, it seems that our goal was in our reach.
Then on May 13th 2012... something went wrong... something went terribly wrong.
The United States Government had launched a contingency plan and declared ghost protocol, denying any knowledge of the incident or the existence of the facility. What really happened that day has never been explained... until now.
