The Tears of Gaia- The Audio Play Adaptation, help needed!! · 12:06pm Sep 15th, 2015
Hey out there, my dear readers!
Just thought some of you might be interested to know about a project I'm working on, along a few other friends on here: We are attempting to adapt my Tears of Gaia story into a full on audio-play! Right now we're still in the writing stage, adapting the story into a script format for the voice actors, as well as working on artwork for the videos. Which is where all of you come in!
We're currently looking for people to help us make this project a reality. As of now, we have a few roles that would be awesome if some of you were interested in:
Voice-acting: Of course, what is an audio play without actors! Once we've completed the scripts, we will begin seeking out voice actors to perform in the story. We'll begin the casting call once it's all written and ready to go, but in the mean time, if any of you might be interested drop us a line and we'll talk about it.
Artists: We're gonna be using a fairly large amount of original artwork for this project, since it wil be primarily published on Youtube, and we'd rather make it look interesting instead of just having the cover image in every video. We'll have a single piece of art for every chapter. We've got quite a few artists on board, but we can always use more! If you want to draw some artwork for it we'd love to hear from you.
Writers: One thing I've learned from this project is that adapting a prose story into script format is not as easy or fast as you'd think! We already have myself and another person adapting it, but it's slow going at the moment, and any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
If any of these sound like something you'd like to help us with, then please drop a private message on here to myself or to Ribonchan59, or to Sentinel3RA with info on what you'd like to help with. Hope to hear from some of you soon! And if not, then I hope you will at least stay posted for when the audio play gets underway and we can begin publishing!
Oh this just sounds awesome! I can't wait to see it done.
I would be very interested! Count me in.
