I'm level 30, and the level I'm playing is 26. . . . IT SHOULD BE FRIGGIN EASY AS A BREEZE!!!!

I'm a Warlock, doesn't matter what subclass (I use both), I have a Suros Regime. A legendary sniper and a legendary machine gun.

What are the perks on your secondary/heavy?

Try staying up at the top, it's much easier to defend.
Use the first Scorch Cannon to deal with the first wave of guys
Use Hammer Forged and Top Ballistic perk on SUROS.
Sunsinger, for Self-Rez.
Use Fusion Grenades if Majors are bugging you, or Firebolt to take out infantry
Whatever Scorch Melee perk that gives you Overshield, use it.
Focused Burst for glide

As for most of that other stuff. . .I'm pretty certain I do most of it already.

I think most of my problem is that my armor isn't leveled enough. (I don't have any idea how to get ascendant shards)

Ascendant Shards? You gotta run Vault of Glass, man.

Or just get HoW vendor armor. A full set of Vanguard armor gets you a Light Level of 32.

Are you using any Crota Armor or VoG armor?

(VoG isn't that bad, and the loot is great.)

And secondly, I have , like, leg armor from VoG. Maybe a chest piece. The other two pieces I bought from the Vanguard at the Tower.

Your problem is that VoG gear is kinda terrible unless you Ascend it. Try getting something from Dark Below/House of Wolves to replace it with.

VoG gear looks badass though.

3377235 Your only solace will be reaching level 32 and grinding PoE 32 for armor cores to amass the full HoW set, that gets you to 34 no problem.
