Story Lines, One at a Time

It has been an interesting week for me. I found out that I was more attached to a side character in Crystal's Wishes than I realized. That is saying something as that story and that character in particular catalyzed and then directed my muse. I am still here though and baring some calamity I hope to keep pushing out these little 'maybe, could have, it's possible' side stories to the Quill & Blade setting. The quite positive thing about the shock to my system is that my writing wasn't just a quick flash in the night extinguished as quickly as it was ignited. Here I am back again after nearly a week and post-Sunny to boot. I am honestly not sure when my next bit of wording will be as each time an idea grips me the outline > story is fairly short, I just never know what will grab me so.

Love Meal, formerly Drone 1215-V05, has lived in Canterlot for years. After being ejected from the hive for daring to think for himself he feared it was the end of him. Able to make it to a small pony town before his strength gave out he scavenged scraps of love to sustain himself. Finally with enough energy he wrapped himself in pony form and moved on to large cities no longer a starving animal. The years passed and he settled on a more permanent and original disguise. No longer forced to steal whenever the opportunity presented itself he used his natural talent to see love lines to unite ponies and take a small tax from every happy new couple (and the occasion group, yum). Sometimes Love Meal even forgets he is a changeling.

Clear Bell works in the family antique store after finding she has a real talent for discerning the authenticity of a given piece. It is clear as a bell when somepony is trying to slip a fake past her.
