Not "Good bye" but "See you soon!" · 4:02am Aug 3rd, 2012
As many of you know, Isaac, Moderator of Inoeitall, left to start his mission about a week ago, leaving his story in the capable (hopefully) hands of some of his closest brony friends. But... did you know you could still contact him? Well, buckle up, everypony, because you can! And we, the new mods of Inoeitall, are going to tell you how!
Method One: The Blog. By clicking on that link, you may be kept up to date with Isaac's adventures in Missionary-ing, from his time at the Missionary Training Center (which I believe is in Utah) to his mission work in Los Angeles, California! What's more, is that you can also send messages, via the blog, to his father. If Mr. Noe decides that the message you send is adequately friendly (as in, don't say anything you wouldn't say to your Grandmother), then he will send it to Isaac in one of his weekly emails! However, Isaac only has 30 minutes each week to read and send emails, so while he would love to hear from you, he would also love to write to his family, and send updates for the blog. So please... no marathon messages in this manner!
Method Two: Traditional Mail! Remember when people used to send each other real letters? Made of paper? It may be old fashioned, but it's actually a great way to keep in contact with Elder Noe while he's on his Mission. You see, unlike an email, Isaac can touch and feel a letter. He can keep it with him, and read it whenever he likes. Each love filled letter is like a small treasure to a missionary; it's a reminder of the friends and family waiting for him back home (and believe me, he considers many of you to be both a friend and family)
His mailing information is as follows:
Elder John Isaac Noe
MTC Mailbox # 143
CA-LA 0815
2005 N 900 E
Provo, UT 84604-1793
After, August 14, 2012 please send all snail mail to:
Elder John Isaac Noe
California Los Angeles Mission
1591 East Temple Way
Los Angeles, CA 90024-5801
Method Three: Dear Elder.com. This is great, because it combines the best of both worlds, and until August 14, it's free! Here's how it works:
Fist, you have to create an account. This is mostly so that you can't spam missionaries with nonsense, or hate, or anything else that would be disruptive to the Missionary. It's not a contract, so don't worry. It won't bite.
Once you are finished creating an account, you will be asked whether you will be sending letters to missionaries in MTC (missionary training center, which is where he is at the time of this post), In Pouch locations (This is not where he will be) or out of pouch locations (this is where Isaac will be after August 14). Check MTC if you only plan to send him messages while he's training, and check Non Pouch if you will plan to send him emails once he arrives in L.A.
Next, you will be prompted to deposit anywhere from $10 to $25, for postage costs. Please, don't be discouraged! I know I was! You can choose not to deposit any money, if you choose to send him a message before the 14th. At this point, your account is already ready.
Whether you decide to deposit postage money or not, you can now send him Messages! On the left of the page, there is a column labeled "Send Stuff!" For now, Isaac will be under Provo MTC (free) and, as the name suggests, messages to him will be free. Yay! Remember, however, that after the 14th, he will be residing in a non pouch location. Postage here will cost $0.44 in American dollars. Not all that much, really, but if you're unable to pay that, like myself, then better send him your love fast!
Now, all you have to do is address the message properly. He is Elder John Noe (John is his first name). His Mail Box number is: 143 while he's in the Missionary Training Center. You can choose weather you want him to receive an email as well. I would say please don't send it as an email. As I mentioned before, he only has 30 minutes each week to read and respond to emails. Then, type the message. Yay, you are finished! Agree to the terms, and send away! Again... please don't say anything rude, nasty, or sexual in nature.
If you sent this before 12pm, he will receive your message that very day. If not, he'll get it the next day! Isn't that awesome! Even better, the message is printed before it's delivered, meaning he can look at it and read it at any time, without the time limit of emails. The only down-side to using this service rather then sending an actual letter is that, for non pouch locations, you must deposit a minimum of $10. I fully understand if you are worried that you won't be sending him $10 worth of letters. On the other hand, $0.44 is very cheap for anyone sending letters from outside the U.S. Especially if you happen to live in, say, Ireland. I swear, that country was picked right off the top of my head. I certainly wasn't addressing anyone specifically. Nope.
And there you have it! Three different ways to contact Isaac, and right now, one of them is free! WEEW! So, really, you have no excuse. Please flood our favorite Elder with your love and tolerance. I think 1k free messages would do quite nicely.
Also, I'm sorry for linking this to Not The Afterlife I Signed Up For. I just wanted to spread the word as fully as I know how.
Who exactly is it that is posting this blog? I wish to thank them for giving me such helpful information!
Wait... HE'S GONNA BE/IS IN UTAH!?
I'm here! Just north of Salt Lake City!
Where's he gonna be at exactly?
Edit:
Provo? That's maybe a little more then an hour from SLC!
Hah i live in LA

I'm guessing his parents; they're running the mentioned tumblr blog.
Anyway, I'll be sure to send him a letter sometime, probably tomorrow, after I figure out this confusing message system...
well, I wish him the best of luck
I'll try sending him one now.
:D
And I just sent an extremely short one because I ran out of time to write. Oh well. I'll write another one tomorrow when I actually have more then 5 minutes to think.

If you mean the Elder Noe Tumblr blog, that's being run by Elder Noe's parents, especially his father, who by the way, is awesome.
As for this particular blog post, it was written by Pony Paradox. Wow, it feels weird linking my own profile as someone else. Anyway, for now, I seem to be doing most of the moderation on this account, so if you have any questions about how to contact Isaac, either ask right here, or PM me directly. Obviously, I'll be more likely to see any PM's sent to my actual account, as I'm usually logged in as myself.

Visit him! I bet he'd love that! As long as you're not, ya know, insane or anything. Ah, who am I kidding, he'd still love it! Remember, you only have until the 14th before he's shipped off to L. A.

Visit him! I'm sure you'll be able to find him easily enough... I'm pretty sure there's only one Mission there at a time.

His parents run the Elder Now blog, but his friends run this one.

Trust me, he'll appreciate it. Before I posted this blog, he had yet to receive any mail at all from anyone but his family; this is, naturally, why I posted this blog to begin with. I wanted it to be easy for any of his followers to contact him while he's away.

I just looked it up, and they don't allow visits from family or friends unfortunately.

Ahh, I didn't realize that, sorry D=
