Distractions
In my case, these in particular:
Homeworld was the first real game that I played as a kid, so when gearbox announced it was getting a high def remastering, well , you can guess what my reaction was
three words my friends: "GET OVER HERE!"
and finally, last but certinally not least, this cute little girl:

Rest assured, I have not forgot my fic, just life likes to throw distractions at me by the cart load
I will get my second chapter done and contact some editors to look it over before it's put online

Yeah, I've been thinking about getting the remastered Homeworld but seeing as I've still got the disks for the original and number two, I haven't thought to deeply about that. I thought it was funny how you weren't supposed to be able to steal this or that ship early in the first game, I did.
And that carrier was SO helpful
