A change of pace

Some of you may not know this, but I know when you guys favorite my story and where you put it. Biggest bookshelf I've seen it being put in is the 'Probably dead' type. Even a couple of people placing it in 'OHMYGOOOOSH, this story is so fucking goooood!!!!111!!! Plz brng it bak ;('. I'm obviously exaggerating here, though I want to go on record saying:

Story idea

You know what I've seen lately on the front page of Fimfiction?
Harem stories. A lot of them being mature for explicit content, involving all night orgies between the three or more ponies in the relationship. This got me thinking about something else, however.
Has anyone ever done a serious polyamorous fic? If not, I might have an idea for one.
