I'm Done With Ponies · 3:35am Aug 25th, 2015
Or buying them at least. BronyCAN cleaned me out, I might have a bit of trouble with my costs until next summer. I still had a lot of fun though.
Bought some swag.
Met the artist behind the wonderful Horsewife.
Spent a morning with the horse famous fellows, IMMATOONLINK and MetaHew.
Bought a large collection of Generation 1-3 pony toys that could have been worth a mint to collectors.
Gave pony collection to a pretty girl who smiled at me and asked to look and buy a few.
Bought some swag.
Went to a good half a dozen panels. Like "How we Are Furries", and etc.
Asked a question at the VA panel that left me embarrassed and slightly ashamed, still feeling that a bit shamed about that.
Met three cool dudes to hang out with for the CAN.(Twins and Singular)
Bought more swag.
There was a lot of swag. Seriously. I am done with buying pony stuff, except for the seasons for personal watching.
I've spent years looking upon dakimaras body pillows. But after seeing a good two dozen of the creepy-looking Cadence ones, (sorry can't find any pictures online.) I gave one a squeeze. It was one of the comfiest pillows I've ever hugged.
All the plushies, at roughly $20 dollars each. So all the best ponies...and Big Mac.
Technically the best thing I got from the convention. Not as good as the Princess pair of dakimaruas. A signed canvas poster by Rebecca Shoichet and Marÿke Hendrikse (the voices of Sunset Shimmer and Sonata Dusk). Got it from the charity auction for around $100. Also partially the reason why I felt shamed during the Q&A.
I gotta say, a pony filled weekend really recharged my batteries for both writing and drawing. So lets get to work.
I want the Luna one...though you can't really get one without the other.

Sunset looks like she's either going to punch or kiss Sonata.

Yes, and I am paying for it in the pounds of macorini that I'm living off of until next summer.

Macorni is the lifeblood of all students.
