"We're doomed," Twilight Velvet said, looking at the still corpse in the distance and with more questions than she had answers.
To her surprise, Rainbow Dash moved over and, taking her hand said, "Don't worry, Mrs. V - she's coming."
"Rainbow, I...."
"Trust me - there's nothing that can - or will - stop her, short of an magic orbital friendship laser. Trust me, nobody knows that better than me an' the girls."
Velvet looked at her in stunned surprise.
Rainbow turned to look at their enemy. "Hey asshole, you know that you just fucked up hard, right?"

I am looking forward to Part 4 of this more and more with each new installment of these.

And September 2nd is only like, oh.........

Exactly two weeks from today.

Cool.

Can't wait.

So . . . awesome . . .

Two weeks until Velvet finds the corpse of the owl Tavi killed? Not exactly something I'd be excited for, myself, but different strokes for different folks I guess.

Hehehe I cannot wait for this new book! It's almost like a late b-day present in my mind XD

3332773 Oh, boy.........:facehoof:

And that's true enough, I guess.

3332873
Fine, I'll let you off the hook...

THIS time.:trixieshiftright:

3333007
He didn't say anything about me.... :trollestia:

3333071
Well, right now Tavi has no pants, so....

3333082 Really?

Okay, that's an image that I don't think that I'll be able to get out of my head tonight.:twilightoops:

Thanks bunches, Shin.:ajbemused:

3333100

Well, there's always this....

3333174 Er, yeah.

Btw, slight change of subject here, but ... I didn't know that you had a Deviantart page.

3333007
You're lucky I'm busy ordering stuff tonight.

Because tonight marks THE BEGINNING OF A NEW ERA.

3333305 So we should all prepare for THE RENDERING?

3333268
You didn't know that?

3333379
Probably.

Like, this is the graphics card I will soon have. They're literally giving me a goddamn free copy of Metal Gear Solid V just for buying that graphics card...and I didn't even get that combo pack realizing the card was that powerful, I just needed the quad core and the 8GB for handling intense program development my laptop can't.

But Shin's future planned system? Holy sweet Jesus I think he could render DJ with that kind of power. Be afraid. Be very afraid.

"Trust me - there's nothing that can - or will - stop her, short of an magic orbital friendship laser. Trust me, nobody knows that better than me an' the girls."

BTW: Shinzakura changed his avatar again!

He's been changing his avvy every time one of these previews go up, haven't you noticed?

3333411
As he renders, the entire world is sucked dry of all its visuality and is placed into that one picture.

3333432

He's been changing his avvy every time one of these previews go up, haven't you noticed?

Have you noticed that I'm trolling for the AAG saga? Or that two of its three incomplete stories have gone untouched for a good year now? Or that he didn't finish Book 1 by July 4, 2015, at 1800hrs Quebec Time?
I'm not precisely riding his ass, but I do want to help him not forget...

I'd hate to assume, but I'm guessing that Divine Right just made his "A God I Am, Kneel Before Zod" speech and just made an example of someone with his magic. ...I wonder who just bit it?

3333499
He's not forgetting. It's called writer's block.:twilightsheepish:

3333691
Don't worry. I'm an older reader of fanfiction. I recently had to reread a whole story because it hadn't updated for almost a decade. I'm not some kid that needs instant gratification. And I also much prefer playing Diablo 1 to the easy-as-fuck Diablo 3.

3334187
Or I could be writing random answers. Like I'm having problems finishing Polarity because potato.

3333305 Looks like I was.

And it sure looks like it! All that looks good.
I just wish that I had the wherewithal to get stuff for a new comp. But, being on a fixed income (I'm retired), that's not always easy, given all the other stuff that comes out of my monthly check.

3333390 No, I didn't actually.
Might I have a link to it? Please? I'd love to Follow you over there, as well as here.

If you just need a basic work computer and not a monster PC with enough processing and graphics power to be a self-contained animation studio, then a suitable build probably is cheaper than you think. Pre-built machines at Sam's Club or Best Buy that have a quad core of any kind and at least 4GB of RAM, along with a pre-installed OS, will be more than enough for basic needs such as internet surfing and word processing. Usually those places also have combo deals that can help you save money while getting good quality interface devices (Monitor, mouse, keyboard) so you can get the new computer up and running virtually the moment you're done wiring it all up.

3334725 Well, I basically just want to get a computer powerful enough to do my art (and so that will accommodate a good quality graphics tablet), work on my stories and play on the internet, and that's pretty much all that I would need in one.

And I don't particularly care if said computer turns out to be a laptop or a desktop PC. I'm not picky.

I certainly don't need one powerful enough for gaming (since I never do that sort of thing anyway); just for what I mentioned above.

I plan on looking into some, though. So if there's absolutely no way that my eMachines desktop PC down in our basement (in my bro-in-law's home office down there) absolutely can't be fixed (which I hate, because some of the stuff that's currently on it (like some pics of my two youngest nephews, pics that one of them did for my in MS Paint; etc.) can't be replaced. Makes me sick about that), I can look into getting (or building it myself) a new PC, to go with my current laptop.

(Which I want to save up to get a better one than this Chromebook, eventually, as I found out that it and my Kodak all-in-one printer/scanner don't seem to be able to work with each other (and I've tried to get them to, believe me! Numerous times!). So I'm looking to get myself a good Windows machine, or a Mac (whichever's the better one) as my main laptop, and use this thing mainly as a back-up comp.)

At least .... that's the plan, anyway.

Also, he's right: a good system will last you a long time. I'm looking at a 32GB beast, which is along the lines of what Pixar uses for workstations.

3335649 Thank you.

EDIT: Hmmmm, For whatever reason, I'm getting a "404 - Not Found" message when I tried to access your DA account.

No biggie, though. I'll get in to it sooner or later.

EDIT, PART 2: Ha! Never mind, I got to it!
It seems that you forgot to add "(Rob)" to that.

Again, no biggie. I got to it, and that's what counts.:raritywink:

True. That's what I want for my artwork and such.

And wow, that is a beast! Way more than what I need, but good luck to you with it, Shin.

3335744
You'd be surprised what "more than you need" is. Not long ago 4GB RAM was common. Now it's becoming 8, and 16 is starting to pop up more and more. You always want a computer that's at least two sets ahead of the curve, so that you're not replacing stuff constantly.

3335752 Hmmm, true. I'd forgotten that.

Heck, my very first computer, a Gateway desktop PC, only had like 128 MB (or so; I think), and like 1 gig of Ram.
And that was back in 2001.

I forget, as I haven't used the thing in like literally years.
