Lets Discuss: Season 3 Spoilers for FiM.

Whenever I am bored I will do one of these, basically its a discussion I'll start with some random topic about FiM (Most likely I'll keep it limited to opinions on spoilers and episodes) But yeah, It gives us all stuff to discuss when there aren't any new stories or episodes out.

Ok so I went on Google today and discovered that Season 3 had teasers released at the San Diego Comic Con, no one ever tells me these things, that was how long ago now? lol.

So anyway I'll break it down into the 2 subjects, And I want YOU the commenter to post your opinions and discuss the topic with the other commenters, I'll pop into this comment chat and post my comments based on your opinions and idea's as well. Also, Any Flame, Troll, or anything along that nature type of comment will be deleted to keep it a civilized conversation.

Now onto the topic at hand, Lets Discuss: Season 3 Spoilers/Teasers.

I'll start off with "The Failure Song."

My Opinion/Analysis:
Ok to start off, I thought that them not telling us what she wasn't prepared for was just a teaser, and I think this wont even be used in the show. Its probably some teaser just to ruffle our feathers a bit. But, I must say if this is a taste of whats to come I will be Impressed. The animation on Twilight's mane and tail when she is standing on the look out is fantastic, and so is a lot of the other animation, however some of the poses they had Twilight in seemed like they would either really hurt, be physically impossible for a pony, or just looked...weird to say the least. Twilight's singing, is well Twilight's singing, its good, nothing really new or notable there. Spike, oh, were do I start, Spike was WAYYYYYYYY out of character. A. He was singing, I mean I know spike has sung before in the show, but....a duet with Twilight was just weird, but thats not what I thought was out of character, he was dancing ballet, last time I checked Spike stereo typed frilly fru fru things, and ballet is generally stereo typed as being fru fru. Also, WHAT WASN'T TWILIGHT PREPARED FOR!?!?!?!?!?? And her little escapade of showing off her magic in Canterlot, sooo not like Twilight, I mean look at "Boast Busters" she was afraid to show off then, but she gets to Canterlot and its ok? Like whats with that? And by now, I think they are getting a bit redundant with Twilight being overly concerned about her grade.....she should be growing beyond this by now in my opinion, but thats just me. I'll end that there, there is more than enough for you guys to start a conversation about that song on.

My Opinion/Analysis:
Were to start with this one, I Guess I will start with the fact that Twilight Mentions Cadence, and its good to know that at least one of the other princesses are featured in another episode, because we all know what happened with Luna, and we know Cadence is going to talk because Twilight says "Princess Cadence needs our help, her magic will not last forever" Which leads me to think that she at least got one speaking role in this episode that the song is going to be featured in, unless they didn't feature her at all and just got a letter, in which case they ruined an opportunity to bring back a recurring character. And since Cadence and Armor are married now, its ok to assume that he will make an appearance, I mean they never separate the cakes, so why separate Cadence and Armor. And then there is the idea of the Crystal Ponies, now, I don't know much from the song, but what I can tell is that they are meant to be another pony country like Equestria, this would ruin the continuity of so many Fan Fictions its not even funny, but if the writers do it right, it can be a really good episode. The song itself made me think of another song in the series, and I couldn't put my hoof on it (Yes I used a pony analogy get over those of you who don't like it) so I went and listened to all 52 Minutes and 58 Seconds worth of Season one and Season 2 songs to figure it out. And I found it had a Winter Wrap up mixed with a dash of Art of the dress Reprise and the one part that I looked for for nearly an hour I still cant figure it out, but the part were they sing "We have to get this right, we have to make them see" just rings a bell, VERY LOUDLY in my head and I just cant figure out were I have heard it before. (I Challenge someone to figure out the song I cant seem to find. Its POSSIBLY the extended version of Love is in bloom, but I just cant remember.) I REALLY REALLY hope Luna is in this episode for whatever reason, like you all have no idea how much I hope Luna is featured, I mean come on, if they can feature Cadence they can feature Luna, please writer people! PLEASE! lol. Anyway I found that the Animation was decent, I could not find any errors, but I'm not good at spotting errors....I liked the song, it was good, the singing, as always was good and all of the mane 6 were featured, which is good. I REALLY loved Rainbow's short part, I don't know why, maybe its because I have a favorite pony, who knows....But to end this long analysis/opinion I really hope its a good episode, It looks like it will be good, but songs can be deceiving.

Lets all speculate and then be horribly wrong and surprised when the show writers put something completely different on the air! Its all in good fun so don't be angry if your horribly wrong in your speculation, or if you or someone is like spot on as to what happens. Its all in good fun, so lets speculate!
