I'm working on the story, little by little guys. Unfortunately, I'm usually only able to write about 100-200 words per day. And that's still if I write at all that day. 
*sighs* I know I haven't been... well social with you guys, but I'm just going to keep chugging along.

Sorry for the wait guys, I've had a lot of stuff going on and I just couldn't really sit down and just focus on my writing. (Not to mention the backlog of stuff that I still have yet to read... Jeez I should think twice before trying to binge-read something like Fallout: Equestria)
But anyways. I finally got it, sorta, kinda, for now! I've got the whole timeline played out in my head... Before I forget I should probably write it down somewhere.
But anyways the timeline is roughly like this.
Main two's timeline. Straight forward
???'s timeline intersects with Main timeline, then Changeling timeline, then ending at ???'s timeline.
Changeling timeline bends down to join Main timeline after ???'s interaction
???'s timeline bends down later to join Main Timeline after ???'s final interaction
