Where I was the last week

Yeah, so I was pretty much offline for a solid week, not much fic progress either.

I was away for work unfortunately, and due to the nature of my job I don't really have access to the internet and electricity when I'm out. I mean, pics below are my daily work commute.

Happy New Years (and some progress updates)

So, to start with, Happy New Years and all that.

Hope you all had a good Christmas and everything, I spent mine down in one of the capitol cities visiting friends. While there, I managed to get Lorenzo something hilarious...

    The MLP tabletop roleplaying game.

    Updates and Other Tidbits

    Happy New Year

    First on the list:

I'm currently working on the next chapter for 'I Come From a Land Down Under', and am making decent progress. It's a bit of a difficult one and Christmas and all that. Still, pace is good, so hopefully it won't be too long away.

    Secondly:

Spoilers for the Season Six Finale - Fic Incoming

    Hi all,

Just a quick update letting you know (warning?) that I've spent the last six hours writing a short little first chapter (9000 words is short) of a Chrysalis versus Thorax fic that hopefully will be posted soon through the approval system.

Guess who's back, back again... · 3:11pm Aug 7th, 2015

That's right, like that strange black spot on your right arsecheek, I've returned to Fimfiction.

After answering the PM's asking if I was dead (logic, right? Guess that's why we're on this site) I thought that some sort of blog was in order.

So, sorry all for the wait and all. I just published a chapter for Plan B, and am now working on one for Revenge. Don't worry, this one shouldn't take three weeks to do.

The job and walking wallet-emptier (girlfriend) took a large chunk of time, and will continue to do so. Still, I'm not aiming to disappoint you guys so I'll give it my best shot.

Anyway, in case some need some proof that I wasn't just sitting on my arse all day, it's time for some pictures. Keep in mind, I'm actually not legally allowed to show off photos of the places I went to or anything like the server rooms/officers, so you'll have to make do with some travel pics.

This is the curry chicken pie I made. It was fucking delicious.

The troopie, loaded for bear.

It was a tight fit, and a dangerous drive. Those printers weigh a fucking lot.

Like I even need to say what this is.

Up close.

The trip didn't all go according to plan...

But we're men, dammit! We got that sucker changed in 15 minutes on a remote dirt road.

Anyway, I'm back for now, and will continue to write stuff for all of you watchers. So... yeah.

Ah yay, welcome back!

Time to read some of your updates. :raritywink:

Welcome back! You made me hungry now because of that curry chicken pie, but it's great to see you back.

Is that the famous plateau in Australia? I don't remember the name... I do know it was in Civilization V though, so there's that. Also, why would people ask if you died? There are a few reasons why that is stupid, and one of them is that if you were dead you wouldn't be able to answer with, "yes, I am indeed dead. Glad you asked. ". Another reason why it is stupid is that you were not even gone a month, so why would people think you were dead? There are people who are gone for years and then come back, so why would you be any different? Just weird.

My favorite thing about this is the Eminem reference.

Is she called Reflection, Chrysalis or Midnight?

None of the above, unfortunately.
