And They Said Republicans Were Stupid · 1:25am Aug 5th, 2015
Please let this be fake, please God make this fake! These idiots support the repeal of the Bill of Rights and they think, honestly think it's a good idea?
Let's do a quick rundown shall we? The first amendment is the freedom of speech, religion, press, and petition. I realize that people may be atheist or whatever so they couldn't care about religion either way, but I'm sure you'd like to freely speak, or publish whatever opinion you have, or to go against something of injustice. If we have those taken away, then that means we almost become a dictated country, and when there's a dictated country, there's problems.
The second is the right to bear arms, or guns. Yeah, I guess I can understand where they would be coming from with the whole gun thing. But let's create a scenario shall we? Let's say you're getting robbed in the night in your home. You don't have a gun so you go to protect yourself with say, a knife of any kind. So you confront the burglar who theoretically has a gun, an illegal gun if you will, since the amendment to bear arms is taken away. What do you think will happen? Will you successfully take down the robber with a knife? Or will he shoot you and get away with whatever loot he's taken from you? You do the math.
The third amendment is quartering. All I'll say is do you really want a Soldier breathing down your neck in your own home? I sure don't.
The fourth is about how the police can not enter our home to investigate without a search warrant. Wouldn't that just ruin your day if a random cop entered your home because it's hinted that you may house child porn or something? Even when you don't?
I plead the 5th your honor! I can't really explain this one. Out of the bunch this is the one I least know about. Something about court I guess.
The 6th and 7th work almost hand and hand. They give you the right to an attorney if you ever end up in court, and you don't have to wait in prison for a court hearing. So that's good. But wait, since people want Hillary so bad, they'll take about a year in prison to wait for a hearing about a mishap with a firearm or something like that, just to have "The first female president"
The 8th is a more controversial one. It pretty much talks about how you can not receive a cruel or odd punishment for a crime. So say, you murder a guy or two and you get the death penalty. By today's standards, depending on where you live, you'd most likely get the fatal injection. But you can't get hung, or electrified in a chair. Which I guess are considered odd or cruel punishments for murdering many lives... Yeah makes sense right?
9 and 10 are pretty simple, but pretty hard to explain. They just talk about how you have other rights that aren't listed in the Bill of Rights, and whatever state you live in can have it's own rights and rules. Each individual state can have their own rules and whatnot. I think that's way better than having to share one rule per state.
Just to be clear, I'm not knocking or hating on you if your democratic when I say this. I know I may get backlash for saying it given my Republican label but... THESE DEMOCRATIC BOZOS ARE TOO WORRIED ABOUT SMALLER THINGS LIKE GAY RIGHTS OR IMMIGRATION TO WORRY ABOUT ISIS OR THE FUTURE NUKES IN IRAN!!!!
Hopefully I may have opened eyes. Or I may have opened a big 'ol bag of problems and people yelling at me like,
"HOW DARE YOU TALK ABOUT DEMOCRATS THAT WAY YOU STUPID REDNECK REPUBLICAN!!!"
Tell me what you think, and please say whether or not you want this Hillary "What Difference Does It Make" Clinton to repeal your rights as a US citizen.
And yet Mitt Romney 2.0 says that he'll deport every American citizen whose parents are Illegals (Which means he'll be breaking an amendmant), soooo I don't have to worry about him being president for long cause he'll be taking one-trip ticket Impeachment Town.
