1. Which Pokémon belong to which tier?

Since we'll be choosing 3 Pokémon each from the OU, UU, RU, and NU tiers, it's important to know which Pokémon fall into which category.

Illegal Pokémon: These Pokémon fall into the Uber tier (above OU), and will not be allowed.

2. Special Clauses
These are various rules used in official tournament rules.

Forme Clause: You cannot have different forms of a Pokémon on the same team (e.g. you can't have Wash Forme Rotom & Cut Forme Rotom).

Sleep Clause: You may only put 1 of your opponent's pokemon to sleep at a time (i.e. If you use Spore and put their pokemon to sleep, and they switch to a new pokemon, you're not allowed to put it to sleep until the other one wakes up when it returns to play). However, if your opponent puts there own pokemon to sleep using Rest, this does NOT count as you're one sleeper.

Evasion Clause: No pokemon may have the moves Double Team or Minimize.

OHKO Clause: No pokemon may have the moves Fissure, Guillotine, Horn Drill, or Sheer Cold.

Moody Clause: No pokemon may have the ability Moody.

Swagger Clause: No pokemon may have the move Swagger.

Endless Battle Clause: No pokemon can have a moveset capable of intentionally causing an endless battle.
A pokemon may not have the move Recycle and hold a Leppa Berry in conjunction with both Heal Pulse and either Milk Drink, Moonlight, Morning Sun, Recover, Roost, Slack Off, Soft-Boiled, or Wish.
A pokemon may not have the move Recycle and hold a Leppa Berry in conjunction with either Pain Split or Fling.

Baton Pass Clause: Players cannot have more than one Pokémon with Baton Pass.
No Pokémon can have Baton Pass while also having both a move or ability that boosts Speed & a move that boost another stat.

Soul Dew Clause: No Pokémon may hold the item Soul Dew.

3. Trading Rules

Trading will begin after the first round of battles
Trades may take place only once a week
Trading two weeks in a row with the same team is forbidden
Trades must be between the same tiers
A Mega pokemon may only be traded for another Mega pokemon

Also, clauses can be changed if people agree on it.

Yeah, I'm definitely glad that the Endless Battle Clause is a thing.
I've been in an unofficial game on Pokémon Showdown where the guy had a Snorlax with Rest and Recycle and holding a Chesto Berry. So fucking annoying...
