When Twilight is preoccupied by her duties as organizer for Ponyville, Spike is asked to fulfill an errand for her in her absence. However, when the errand spirals into a series of bartering and favors, Spike fears he might never get the task done on time!
Will Spike be able to finish his quest and be a hero for Twilight?
My first Spike fic! I know a lot of y'all are like, "What about Tough Scales?" Well, Sombra was kinda the focus of that story and Spike didn't come into play until near the end. Besides, that didn't really paint Spike in a good light and I really appreciate that dorky little dragon. Just wish he got good episodes, is all (with the exception of Inspiration Manifestation, since Spike stood up to Rarity and spoke to her as a pony, not as a crush). Maybe I should do this Switcheroo idea more often... This looks like it could be a fun way to explore new ideas...
This is basically me whenever I get a new story idea.
I always feel like I roll down an escalator when I write ideas.
