Hello everyone/everypony! This is my largest blog post, detailing random things that I'm writing.

Just Another Day in Eureka readers:

Thanks for all the favorites on Just Another Day in Eureka guys! It feels great. However, as an author I have the right to complain, and mine is: timing is a major, major b*tch. I feel as if I could've gotten more views if it didn't drop onto the site at 2 frickin' AM. Nonetheless, I hope you stay with me along for the ride. I consider the stats an improvement over my last few. It's double the faves than on my main work.

Here's how JADiE is going to run:

The first chapter was basically like the opening to the show, where afterwards, the opening theme plays. Subsequent chapters, however, will continue on as a story, not like acts of an episode.

Chapter 1 (because the first one was Chapter 0) will be out Monday at the latest. Chapter length I will max out at 5-6k with a minimum of 1.5k-2k.

I'd like someone that knows the show well to also be available to help out when I need it. Kind of like a pre-reader, but not really just for editing, not that it needs too much editing. Now, I know the show good, but not amazingly great. And the wiki is absolute sh*t. I could get more info off of Wikipedia. Anyways, preferably, know a good lot of the inventions (feasibly optional) and characterizations. And give ideas (along with the normal audience). Standard benefits apply, and include name in the story and credit given in chapters, as well as being the first to read a chapter.

Next, what do you think Twilight's IQ would be? Jack's is at 111-128 if my memory serves me right. And according to this page on TV Tropes and the accompanying picture, Twilight might know time dilation, so...

Overall, the fic will comprise 2-3 episodes worth of content. There is, even, a sequel already planned!

Lastly, this has slightly lower priority on my story list, even though there's more readers. Not a big deal since average chapter word count isn't high (comparatively). Top priority is this story. It's a war fic, so if you're interested, go check it out. I'm looking for feedback, and there's not too many.

For the readers of All Types of Rain:

I reiterate- should I try to enter AToR to EqD? I'm feeling no, and that I'll just rejected for so many reasons that... I don't know... (trails off)... But you as the audience may have a different opinion about that. Eventually, I may muster up the courage to do it on my own, but as of now, it is not happening. I'm mixed on it. It seems good enough, but the prospect of EqD is just so daunting for me.

Chapter 5 is a little more planned out, and should be done in a week-week and a half.

Other story news:

I'm actually planning to have two one-shots this week. One of them is me kind of venting about writing again (and is a slight background story for a pony to appear in AToR), and the other is a funny idea I came up with, in light of recent events.

I titled it 'Master of the Bow', in which it follows Octavia and her side career as a skilled competitive archer. Thought of it because of the 2012 Olympics. Will I actually write it, I'm not sure, but I like the idea. Any thoughts?
