Finally after four years of playing games, shit posting, browsing the web, and seeing things no human should ever see; my laptop died. It's been dead for two weeks now, and I just got back from it's funeral. Though many manly tears been shed, I will be ordering a new one a week or two from now. (I forgot what day I get paid on) So obvio no actual progress has been made, nor will there be any from here on out. (Until the new laptop arrives)
Though other shit has been happening, such as me actually working getting my license and searching for an even better job. Also.got my state. I.D., and I even started work on writing my own original story!
Other than that I thought I would let you know what is going on. I apologize if my writing is shit, I'm typing this on my phone.

In terms of my stories I use gdocs, which I believe uses the Cloud. So in that case I'm fine. Now my saved games/mods on the other hand.... may they be missed. (Of course I still have the games, I just lost my save files)
So, did you pull the HD and get your stuff off of it?
3240816 The hard drive got infected by a worm virus (which is what gave it that final push) all.that was left on the HD anyways was some of my digital art. T_T the Lazarus cover art is ruined.

You need to spend money if you want proper security, I wouldnt trust Security Essentials with guarding a doorway to a bathroom, let alone a computer.
I use Norton Internet Security, and supplement it with Spybot S&D and Malwarebytes
