Of hourglasses and moon dancers

I've seen the last episode of FIM and boy was it a continuity blast with the whole party and twilight beeing on panic mode for her perceived lousy friendship(not to mention that moon dancer while not doubt create a lot of shipping fics as well as the lingering existencial crisis that twilight is but one of many clones that Celestia has used trough the years in an atempt to create a worthy succesor) but possible metal gears fics aside(between Twilight, Sunset and Moon dancer we definetely have the whole solid,liquid,solidus thing down) the thing that most visibly shocked me of the whole episode was without a doubt minuette and her cutie mark and despite losing colgate as a possible character a whole lot of other possibilities has been open with this new development, doctor whooves posibilities to be exact. Doctor who last season finale to be completely honest with you.

See even when the whole pinkie pride episode showed us that diferent ponies could have the same talent(AKA party organizer extraordinare) we had yet to see two ponies who had the exact same cutie mark as it is the case of minuette and a certain doctor from ponyville, comon wisdom says that two ponys can't have the same cutie mark because even when their talents are similar there are not two ponys who do the exact same thing the exact same way, so that got me thinking "what if the hourglasses are not a cutie mark on itself but a sign of an ancient race of pony like creatures of which only two survivors are left", couple that with minuette energy and dizzines during her first minutes in screen and a certain somebody pops to mind. Thats it ladys and gentelmans I hereby declare that minuette is in fact the mistress and that this whole episode is not more that an advanced smoke screen that she has created to hide his alien origin.
