Seriously US America's birthday was past three days ago, Washington. I'm surprised people in my state still have some leftover, particularly in my area. So this about this particular blog post, it might be a thing. Life Updates: where I just tell you guys what's going on with my life. Kinda simple enough.
But anyway I suppose I should get to the point of this blog post.
So last week I've interviewed for a job at a local pizza joint called MOD Pizza. They have their chains up and down the West coast of America, and have a few more along the East, and it's a pretty great place to get a pizza of your choice. Lotsa ingredients, all of which you can choose from. Since I never got a job and I love the way they handle their pizza, I decided I'm going to be working part time there. That is of course if they'd considered me to be a part of their workforce. Hadn't called me yet, but hopefully they will be during this week or the next. Josh, the guy who interviewed me, said that some of their guys would be moving on to other things during this week (or the next), so hopefully they'll have an opening for me.
This, of course, doesn't actually affect my writing schedule at all in case you were wondering? Wanna know why? Cause I haven't written a single word at all since my last blog post. I'm such a killer joke, amirite guys?
But I suppose within the next 8 days, that'll change because I'm taking part of Skeeter's writing contest. I'm probably making a bad choice by spreading news of his contest and thus potentially adding more competitors to the list, but hey I love a good challenge.
But I'm not really worried about losing because this contest is a good excuse for me to stop being a sticky butt and will help me practice my writing (although winning the 50$ Steam Card and art commission would be really nice).
But anyway I've finally came up with a good story prompt, one that may be a little heart-touching. Expect a good Spike story from me in about a week!
If I can stop playing vidya games of course.
Umm... what else is there to talk about? Actually not really much other than that. Summer has been going pretty slow for me, but at the same time I feel like I'm losing time because I'm not being very productive. I want to change that, but I guess I'm too lazy/unmotivated. And also losing sleep. I've been going to be at like 3 am in the morning... and it feels bad.
I think I've been losing hair as well because of that. When I look in the mirror, I can see my scalp as clear as Celestia big fucking sunbutt... shit. Well I think I'm done for now. Hope to talk to you guys with a new story next time around.
