So, I'd like to start this off by first saying that I'm leaving, or rather, I'm no longer going to write by myself at all. Anything that I've done that's marked incomplete or canceled is officially done unless something happens at some point in the future and I decide to get back into things, though, I doubt that will happen for anything except for maybe a chapter or two here or there.
Right, now that THAT is out of the way...
I became a brony at some point during 2012 at a particularly difficult time in high school and I'll be forever thankful to the show for helping me through it. Thanks to it I've met so many great friends who I talk too daily (Omega_Code, Spevendillberg, Blackwindinsocks, Loyal2Luna to name a few) along with improved my writing farther than anything I've ever done. Thanks to the 1,186 of you following me I've really learned a lot about being a writer and I hope I've brought you guys some good times with my words, though sometimes they were stumbling or half-started.
For those of you wondering why I've chosen to stop publishing, well, it's mostly the same reason I've stopped watching the show. I'm bored with it, ponies just don't interest me anymore, (though more power to all the rest of you for still getting enjoyment out of it, I wish you all the best in fandom) and I'd like to move onto other things. One of those things being publishing a real book, though, clearly I have a long way to go before I actually get to that point. At the moment my only plan as far as fanfiction goes is to do a story with my friend Omega-Code92 on Deviant Art involving Pokemon (Odd that a franchise from my childhood still has its hooks in me...).
Just to be clear, I'm still going to be hovering around, I'm not closing down my account and I'm not deleting any stories so if you want to PM me about something or the like I'll respond along with answering comments if they catch my attention.
Anyways guys, once again, thanks for all your support and it's been a fun ride

Well Ed, it's been real. I of course have been following you for a while now and I am a fan of the Wanderings series as well as the first Wandering Moon. I'd just like to thank you for all of the laughs and all of the action and all of the ooos and awwws that Ethan has given me over the years. I wish you, Ethan, and Sarah good luck in the world. Woah, I can't believe that I missed this blog. It's been so long since I've been on FIMfiction and I just came back. I hope that life treats you well with whatever you decide to do from here, and that someday you do end up getting a non-fanfic book published as a professional writer.
