A friend of mine is currently making a A-Z of Equestrias different species and its open to anyone to write an entry.
This will be a good way for people to get their name out there as they will be given credit for any entry that the person writes, this is a link to the ones that have been taken but you can PM Spaced20 about adding another one, just PM him about the one you want to do, (it has to be one that has not been taken) and he will let you write an entry, (try to make the entry go over at least 300 words) it also gives you information on what needs to be in at the bottom. I would have done more than the one however I have been busy with writing two stories at once, this is a little bit of fun but also take this seriously please. (BTW you don't need a picture as he will probably sort that.)
