"A World I Wasn't Meant For" on hiatus · 6:32am Jul 26th, 2012
Some of you may have noticed that I've put my story "A World I Wasn't Meant For" on hiatus. Why? Probably because my mind is so clouded up with ideas for ANOTHER story I want to get started, starring my OC and Rainbow Dash. Now, some of you might see OC x Mane 6 stories rather... bad. However in my mind, I don't plan to make it that way. Most of the OC x Mane 6 stories I've read usually have a really long (and occasionally gory) sob story introducing the mane character, the OC. Later on in the story is usually an intense (and also occasionally badly written) clopfic that lasts way longer than actual sex does. Again, not planning to have my story be like that.
To elaborate more on how this new story is going to "behave", here's a little synopsis:
This tale is that of an orange pegasus named Abstract Spectrum, who came to Ponyville after working in the filthy dump known as Fillydelphia for several years as a weather pony. Through his years working in the dirty skies of the common city, Abstract becomes fed up with his unacceptable city life. Moving to Ponyville, he learns important lessons, and meets important ponies. In the discovery of his true love, Abstract becomes a stronger pegasus, and grows in strength, mind, and heart. However, the journey always beats the destination. For Abstract of course, his journey does not go without it's fair share of obstructions, and he begins to ask himself the big question: will it even be worth it?
Hopefully, I'll get this off my chest in an orderly fashion, and get back to "A World I Wasn't Meant For" with clean ideas.
It's always a good idea to take a break and get fresh ideas. Your story already sounds interesting and I look forward to reading it.
