I am not a big fan of grilled cheese in general. I dislike processed cheese, cheddar is greasy, and most other cheeses that melt well are terribly bland.
Now fry up some savory french toast instead with a dollop of salsa and sour cream... mmm.

3204200 We have a few Five Guys restaurants in the UK as well now, so they may come your way sooner or later. I've been to the Birmingham branch a couple of times and... yeah, their food is very nice, and I enjoyed it, though (as tends to be the case) not quite as amazing as you'd think if you believed the hype. Like most of these places, really. In Michelin Guide terms, worth a detour but not worth a journey.
Also: can you get Red Leicester wherever you are? It's an English hard cheese, orange, and it's superb grilled.
3203835 I've heard the hot dogs are very good. Supposedly they slice them in half and cook them on a skillet. I heard about that and tried it myself, and now it's how I make all my hot dogs. I've never tried one at Five Guys, though. Every time I go to order one, I find I've ordered a bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions instead.
