Is being a clopper bad? Now, I'm not saying I am one, nor do I really think I AM one. I don't really stare deeply into the rule 34 photos, and I only read 2 clopfics. But seriously, if I just one day become a clopper, would I be judged a lot, and would it make me a bad person? I'm not truly saying those who write clopfics or read clopfics are horrible people, not at all. I'm just wondering if clopping is really a bad thing. I mean, it's like porn, but it's with a cartoon show. I really don't know what I'm saying anymore.

What is bad? what is good? who defines good and bad, really, it is all just perspective, personally? I do not really care one way or the other, I did at one time, but really, who gave me the right to care? no one, so, realizing this, I just have no opinion anymore.
Essentially, it is up to you, no one has the right to say yay or nay what you do as long as you harm no one else in the process.

I don't think clopping is bad, there just for the bronies who like to see the main characters in a more...erotic style. Even though it's an excuse for haters and even some idiots on the news to insult the fandom, I don't see people considering those who read "A song of Ice and FIre" (AKA, the books Game of Thrones is based on), which I read, or "Fifty Shades of Grey", pedophiles or sex offenders.
It's not a bad thing and I don't think you would be judged. it would be your choice to do that stuff. like you said it's just animated porn. nothing wrong with that. besides, there are far worse things to get off to.

It is actually pretty normal for both genders to sexualize the characters from books, television, and etc. that they enjoy watching. That is why so many girls write naughty fan fictions with boy love, or girl love. And why guys write or draw similar things. The reason MLP gets a lot of attention is because the media has decided that MLP is a show for little girls, when in fact it is a show for everyone. And b/c the media broadcasts it that way, stupid people think it is wrong for people to sexualize characters from a little girl show. But these people obviously haven't seen the special fan fictions about care bears, rainbow brite, and other shows intended for 'kids'. Instead of people freaking out about the source material, they should be giving kids REAL sex education. Not the lame stuff you get at school. Real talk. I think that would solve a lot of problems at the end of the day.

Clearly it's difficult to find any one thing that, in and of itself, makes someone a bad person. Cartoon horse word porn is likely more peculiar than terrible. But like many things, porn can run however deep you want it to, including into territory that gets terrible. And if it requires self-control to stop short of that point, to what extent does porn help to develop or reduce that?
3200436 makes intelligent and well-stated points about the normalcy and usefulness of discussing sexuality, as it's part of everyone, regardless of what source of media brings the subject to mind. Still, if you're approaching the subject with more curiosity than experience, I would sooner recommend discussing your thoughts with IRL people who you respect who you think might be willing to listen, rather than turning to porn (regardless of its name).

3201420 Yeah. I didn't mean to be rude against any cloppers or anything. It's just the others who hate bronies use this against us, and pretty much make it look like we are sick freaks. I don't really clop, but i just read the clopfics. Kinda feel both good and bad for posting this blog. Thanks for posting comments, though!
