Hey guys! Today someone asked me in a chat room who the best pony was. Now before I say this, keep in mind I do have reasoning behind my choice.
I think the best pony...
...is twilight sparkle.
Now hear me out here. I'm talking about BEST pony. NOT FAVORITE. In that sense I wanna explain before I get too much hate lol.
I think twi is best pony on the show MLP FIM because think about it: what show would there be without her? If celestia hadn't sent her to Ponyville to make friends, they main 6 wouldn't have gotten elements of harmony, wouldn't have gotten rd to get tank, shy would still be twice as much, if not more, timid, rarity wouldn't have have learned how important sisterhood is and that it's a give and take relationship, the main 6 wouldn't have learned all the lessons on friendship, pinkie....would....still probably be pinkie....but anyways! Point is I'm talking about The pony that's best for the show. Not my favorite pony. (which is luna :P) that being said, comment who you think is best pony and who is your fav pony! I wanna see what kind of reasoning you guys have for best pony :P

I will agree that Twilight is the most important to the main storyline of the series but each of the mane 6 is just a significant as twi in their own way. They all bring the story to life, It's not like a T.v series that focusus on just 2 main characters with the rest of the world being insignificant. Each character makes the story flow. Without the rest of the mane 6, MLP would be quite...bland. You were asking on my opinion on which pony I like the best and I guess Fluttershy, just because she's so dynamic. She has this sort of interlocking personality where one minute she's as shy as a fish with social issues and the next she's gone bat shit on a dragon or something. You can just mould her into any sort of character you want because of her base personality. That's why I used her as the main pony in Singularity. I could have gone with any of the mane 6 but I went with Fluttershy. Plus she's good with wild animals and seeing humans or some shit doesn't make her immediately think of them as a monster. It just works.

Thank you. Actually, I'm working on another story at the moment where the main protagonists are Celestia, Luna and a human. It's really just an idea at the moment but I might be getting a week off work so I might start it then. Essentially, It's about a human who has to protect Celestia from danger, it's set during the formation of equestria where Celestia is the only pony (luna comes along later) in a hstile environment filled with bleak colours and vicious creatures. That's just a basis of it but it is a possibility.

I plan on writing a story about a teenage boy being tricked by discord and sent to Equestria as a young Pegasus colt that's extreamly shy and he ends up having to go through some trial to be able to turn human again and when that happens he can turn between man and pony but only back and forth between the two forms. Idk all the details yet but I have an idea of how it'll start :3
