Brotherly Bonding Time "Episodes" · 3:30am Jul 1st, 2015
I'm just putting this up to pretty much sort out the segments of Brotherly Bonding Time. Each segment or "episode" as I'd rather call them, is pretty much a certain number of chapters that Cheese and Tomato spend in one place or in between destinations. I try to keep them in the range of 1-8 chapters per episode. It helps me keep track of where they are and what they're doing.
They are as follows (so far):
1. Leaving Manehattan (2 chapters)
~Cheese and Tomato Sandwich embark on a summer vacation that'll be the adventure of a lifetime! Things start out peacefully as they speculate about what lies before them.
2. Ponyville (5 chapters)
~First stop on the trip is the home of the one and only Pinkie Pie! As Cheese gears up to help the town throw her a party, Tomato finds himself in a rut concerning his place in the party puzzle--as well as rushing to stop a swarm of bats from devouring Sweet Apple Acres.
3. White Tail Woods (2 chapters)
~After Ponyville, a path through the woods goes wrong when the brothers encounter Bighoof.
4. Nickerlite (4 chapters)
~The Sandwiches arrive in the little dusty town of Nickerlite, the town closest to the Pie Homestead and the place that Bluejinx works for the summer. But as Cheese sets up the party, Tomato, Bluejinx, and the Pies have an encounter with dangerous bandits.
5. Halterside (5 chapters)
~In an East Coast town, Cheese fills in for their local party pony, Comedy Gold, who while recovering from surgery is still not happy with him encroaching on her territory. And things get a bit more complicated once the Flim Flam Brothers roll into town on their circus train.
6. Las Pegasus (5 chapters)
~In order to help a new friend with a new business, Tomato makes a deal with shady magician Kazam Rune at a Magic Expo. However, one magical mishap has monstrous consequences, and Cheese is forced to pull all the stops to save his brother and the city.
7. Interlude (train and a break in Ponyville; 2 chapters)
~After the events of Las Pegasus, the shaken Sandwiches head off to Ponyville to have Twilight Sparkle cure Tomato of his vampirism.
8. Canterlot (8 chapters)
~Cheese wakes up as Princess Celestia the morning before Summer Sun. As Luna sets off to switch him and Celestia back and Twilight tries to guide him in royal duties, Cheese's lack of political knowledge, inexperience with alicorn magic, odd mannerisms, and lingering trauma from Las Pegasus might ruin the Summer Sun Celebration.
9. Our Town (7 chapters)
~When Cheese falls ill, Tomato is forced to plan the party for him, alongside the self-doubting Party Favor. However, it soon becomes clear that nobody is quite thrilled about the party, and creativity is a little hard to reach for the duo.
10. July (1 chapter)
~The month of July begins, and Cheese has recovered from his illness. However, something else might be on the horizon for him.
11. Crystal Empire (6 chapters)
~The Shining Vocals Competition has come to the Empire, and among the contestants are Tomato's friends Cirrus and Nimbus. Cheese takes the role as a judge, but it proves difficult with mysterious headaches attacking him and sapping his energy. Meanwhile, Tomato senses that there's something fishy going on with the competition.
12. Mane-tua (5 chapters)
~The brothers go to the hometown of Cheese's mentor, Ponyacci, and are surprised when Pinkie Pie is there as well. There, Cheese teams up with her to create the best Golden Anniversary party for the retired clown and his wife; meanwhile, Ponyacci himself attempts to help Tomato with his fear of clowns.
13. Manehattan (6 chapters)
~A dip in the Fountain of Youth causes Tomato to regress to infancy, and Cheese won't miss a party to wait for him to age back up to adulthood. This becomes a problem when Tomato does age up, but cannot remember past the age he ages up to, and bolts off into the urban jungle of Manehattan when unable to recognize his own brother.
14. Interim (3 chapters)
~After an attempt at standing up to his mother, Tomato is still troubled about his life and future. Meanwhile, Cheese tries to convince himself and his brother that he's okay, despite his mind beginning to act all screwy with him.
15. Salt Lick Valley (8 chapters)
~At last, the Sandwiches see Tomato's friend Flora again, and meet her large family for the first time! Unfortunately, to Tomato's horror, among Flora's cousins is Creme Brulee, a former classmate he once nursed a crush for until she humiliated him. Now, Flora has the task of making sure the animosity between them doesn't ruin the Salt Lick Frontier Festival for everyone.
16. Sorrel Canyon (2 chapters)
~On the way to the next party, the Sandwiches discover that Sorrel Canyon gets rather spooky under the full moon's magic. Even when led to shelter by a seemingly friendly unicorn, there's still the chance that the magic could infect one of them through anything--even a little drink of water...
17. Seaddle (6 chapters)
~The Sandwiches are staying with their aunt and uncle as they help out with a charity concert. Cheese even convinces Aunt Cocoa and Uncle Acorn to try to make fruit-flavored fireworks for the show! Meanwhile, Tomato ends up having to help one of the performers after said pony is unable to perform--though in a way that he wouldn't really enjoy.
18. Applewood (6 chapters)
~Planning a wedding for cousin Peanut Butter should be a cinch for Cheese Sandwich! Unfortunately, between having to work with the clueless friends of the bride and groom, falling into strange new instincts, and noticing a decrease in his own party magic, mounting frustration threatens to sour the party pony's attitude.
19. Coltifornian Forest (2 chapters)
~Tensions start to simmer between the brothers as Tomato senses that something's not right with Cheese, whilst his big brother tries to deny it, despite a burden of guilt over recent anger issues. How long can said tensions stay under the surface in the presence of newly-found relatives?
20. Aura Springs (7 chapters)
~Animals run rampant through the town of Aura Springs, and the townsfolk and local hippies clash over what to do about them. When Uncle Fallow Track is overwhelmed with his tasks of animal discipline, paying damages, and protecting his beloved nature park, Tomato steps up to help in a way that only he can. And maybe try to knock some sense into cousin Grapevine as well.
21. Mystery Spell (3 chapters)
~The Mane Six are pitching in to help Cheese reclaim his missing memories. Too bad that there's a trial that they have to attend; meanwhile, Pinkie is confused and hurt over why Cheese doesn't want anything to do with her.
22. Appleloosa (7 chapters)
~After an accidental detour all the way to Appleloosa, Tomato plots with Cheese's friend Braeburn to stall Cheese from wandering off until their message reaches Twilight and she travels over. Unfortunately, it turns out they're playing with fire, as the nature of the spell Cheese is under is finally coming to light.
23. The Mind Realm (3 chapters)
~Tomato and the Mane Six (sans Pinkie) find themselves trapped in a world made from Cheese Sandwich's mind! Now not only do they need to find a way out to stop an evil sorcerer from spreading a curse across Equestria, they have to make sure that Cheese's mind doesn't implode on itself from all the poor stallion's been through.
24. The Plague (? chapters)
~In order to save Equestria, Tomato has the task of returning Cheese's memories to their rightful owner. But it won't be easy, and he'll have to have backup from Twilight and her friends, and the friends that he and Cheese had made all around the country in order to find both his brother and the villain behind the curse. And they'll have to fight through a lot of monsters to get to them.
25. The End
Yeah, this is longer than The Rock Farmer's Daughters. 
Wow, it really is! I'm just catching up with it now so I can start with something I said I'd do a while ago. AU it may be, but I'm still persnickety with details.
Oooooooooooh! I hate to put pressure on you, but I'm getting antsy about how this story ends. I mean, I know based on your oneshots that take place in the future that Cheese and Tommy turn out fine, but I kinda wish I knew how they got there. Err, no pressure.
