State of the Writer - 29 June 2015

Summer time here in New England, and I couldn't be gladder for it. Granted, I don't have a ton of free time, what with work and family commitments and that sort of thing...

But.

I'm writing again. Finally.

I'm not sure when I'll get anything out, but I'm doing a rewrite of an old story of mine, originally written for the October 2014 Writeoff, reworking and extending it for posting on Fimfiction, so I'll hopefully have that out sometime this summer.

I have other ideas, too, and a few of them for things that aren't one-shots (gasp! Remember those days? Yeah, I try not to either), but only time will tell when those will appear, if ever. I guess what I'm really trying to say is that I don't write a ton. If you're following me because of Chill or Grayscale or any of my other stories, just try not to get your hopes up for a lot more stories, because I put out maybe two a year, if that. I don't write much as it is, and every year I write a bit less. It doesn't mean you won't see anything, but, on the same level, it doesn't mean you will.

I promise, though, I have stories on the horizon, and I'm really excited for a couple ideas. Stay tuned.
