Whatever happened to "It Was a Pleasure To Burn"? + Update · 9:55pm Jun 13th, 2015
So... I've always kinda liked a certain work of fiction on this site. It was a crossover fic of Starcraft and MLP, and it was called It Was a Pleasure to Burn, which was about a veteran firebat named Caulk who goes through a Xel'Naga warpgate to Equestria, both gates located in caves.
I wanted to catch up on it and re-read the whole thing for the 17th time (I've never read a book anymore than 6 times, let alone 17. My record for watching a single movie, is 19 with Avatar, with Star Trek's 12 following behind it) but... It seems to be totally gone.
What happened? It was such a well-written story, I am kinda legitimately sad that I didn't atleast save it in Text Form. Did the Story get taken down via a mod for violating a rule? Did the author have some kind of weird mental aneurysm and take it down? Or was the Author's account banned or removed for whatever reason?
Very few crossover fictions have been able to make me invest so deeply into a character and story. It sucks that it's gone honestly, and I know it is, because it's not in my favorites, and doing a basic search for "starcraft" in the search bar yields nothing in my search for this fanfiction.
If anyone knows why it no longer exists on the site, I'd love to know.
So, I'm not sure if I'm going to be working on any of my previous fanfics from forever ago, most likely not.
I will be doing some fics, but nothing +18. I'm better at drawing than I am with writing, and I'm kinda okay at writing :D
Not sure what to tag, so... yeah.
