New story and a harsh truth

So after months and months of not doing of my own, I wrote a story. It's a simple story, one where Twilight and Fluttershy have to take the long way to Discord's house because he wants to teach them a lesson so they can better themselves. Twilight needs to change the way she uses her intelligence, Fluttershy needs to work on her courage, and Discord needs a heart.

You can read it or not, like it or dislike it, I'll still be grateful that you follow me (hell, I'm grateful you're still reading). But there's something that bugged me when I realized it: a lot of you follow me because of my Doctor Who crossover, and hot damn is it hard to write a crossover story. I'm just lacking in inspiration, and even though I love Capaldi it's hard to get the passion necessary to write a story like that. Not saying I'm giving up on the Lonely Gods series, but it's just gonna be on hold for quite a bit.

I'm just into a lot of stuff, a lot of different stuff these days, plus I'm in the hospital at the moment so I can write stuff in peace, butt it's just hard to write some Who. So yeah, just a heads up. I've got another Discord story cooking up, one that will draw inspiration from my experiences in the hospital and it's one of those 'Deity gets brought down to our level' story.
