My prediction for the final two parter episode would be (in a nutshell), Starlight finds a way to strip every pony in Equestria of their Cutie Marks including all of the Princesses and Mane 6. All are stripped of their cutie marks and have them replaced with the Equal symbol.The episode (part one) ends with ponies and the Princesses bowing down to Starlight (with those creepy smiles) proclaiming her Queen of Equestria. Unless of course you, like three young fillies you don't have a CM, in which case you're immune to Starlights' CM sapping power and for the time a threat to her rule.
Part two would start a few weeks after the cliffhanger, where wee see Equestria in a state of despair and ruin. The ponies though along with the Princesses (with those creepy smiles) continue to fawn over Starlight. The CMC have gone into hiding with Zecora, due to their relation with the Mane 6. They work with Zecora and to find a way to overthrow Starlight (how I don't know but I'm sure the shows writers have come up with something). A quest and musical score later they are in Canterlot Castle and ultimately succeed in their goal. After restoring everyponies CM and subdueing Starlight, they then gain their own CM, too the delight of all but one (guess who). Starlight gets thrown in the dungeons, all get their CM back, the CMC get their CM's and Equestria returns to its former glory. This is just a wild prediction but it makes sense (in my mind anyway).
Seems legit, though I'm sure the writers will come up with a way that makes Starlight being good (or at least regret her decisions) in the end of the season
Only problem with this is...doesn't Zecora have a cutie mark too? Though, has it ever been confirmed that her butt mark is a cutie mark or not?

Im betting that the new friends they make over the season will help em out (gilda, moondancer, the yaks, tree hugger, maybe even the smooze)
Even if it won't happen, I suggest that you write a fimfiction of it. It's a good idea!

opinion the first.. of the Princesses like celestia and luna lose there cutie marks they lose there power and sun and moon stop moving. but I guess you got that from the hole
but here were you lost me how does she got to the princesses does she lore them out or this she storm the places are what.
opinion the second.... I can see cmc and Zecora or the only one left and all the friend the mane6 made come to help but of they happen you know will got there cutie mark from this and will have to say that would but one hell of a season ending .

on zecora wikia it says she does have a cutie mark that new to me. it also says her name is spell Zakora hmmm
