While watching The Flash, I started thinking about certain facts to super speed. In order to move that fast, the Flash's (or Reverse Flash's) mental speed would have to increase to match the speed that person's running, otherwise he'd will run into something before they can avoid it. The byproduct of this is that the world would seemingly move slower to the Flash, yet when he's not moving the world seems to move at normal for him. Thus comes the question: How is it the Flash (or RF) is able to speed up and lower his mental speed like a light switch and is this ever explained?
