Talent: Magic, with focus on stealth and sneaking.

Personality: Somewhat of a loner, but will work well with others if the personal chemistry works and/or if they have a common goal. Tends to be rather quiet, but will voice his opinion if he deems it necessary. Is usually gentle, but can anger quickly if the wrong thing is said/done to him. Does not mind darker jokes and enjoys gallows humor. Holds a strong hatred against the noble house Blueblood.

Backstory/History: Was born in Canterlot to the wealthy video game developers and publishers Original Score (Mother) and Rage Quit (Father). Had two siblings, but one of them have died. Long Play (Older brother, dead) and Quick Time (Younger sister). Long Play was murdered on orders from prince Blueblood 10 years ago due to the fact that a unicorn mare named Gem Cut choose Long Play as her fiance over him. Directly after Long Play's funeral, Blueblood proposed to Gem Cut again, but she turned him down once more. Only two days later she was found raped and murdered in a back alley. Joystick swore revenge against house Blueblood that day, and began to study the magic works of his late grandfather Ebonhorn. The books that Ebonhorn left behind after his passing taught Joystick the art of stealth magic and the way of the unseen. At the age 20 (5 years ago), Joystick left his home to hone his skills in magic and one day kill the bastard prince who slew his brother. He has also learned the art of alchemy, poison making and dueling while spending time abroad with other races such as griffons, minotaurs, diamond dogs and zebras. After learning all he could he donned a black-and-red mask and created the vigilante persona "The Crimson Shade". He brings ruin to those he deem evil or corrupted, and will kill if he deems it necessary (and will always target anything owned by house Blueblood).

Weapons/Equipment: Unlike most ponies, Joystick almost always wears clothes to hide his two daggers. He also carries various small bottles around, containing various potions and poisons (such as his own creations, "Joking Belladonna" and "Bloodfire"). His weapons of choice are two enchanted daggers named "Bloodletter" and "Souldrinker".
